Cast stone gives homes a rich, timeless look. It mimics natural stone but lets us shape and color it more precisely. That means you can get the feel of limestone or granite without quarry-level costs.
We use it where it makes the biggest impact: columns, entryways, window surrounds, and facades. It looks polished and elegant, instantly raising the tone of a home. When you walk up, it feels refined, right at home in luxury neighborhoods.
Because it’s manufactured, every piece is uniform, in the sense that it is molded (poured) rather than chiseled. That helps us line up edges cleanly and keep the finish consistent across the whole front of a house. No rough edges…you get beauty, strength, and symmetry all in one material.

This project actually began years ago (with another contractor). The owners had added cast stone stairs and a few entryway details. They called us to complete the design and tie it all together.
During our first inspection, we found something important. The previous contractor had used undersized steel lintels to hold up the stone. That meant the walls couldn’t safely support new cast stone panels. Left alone, this would have been a real hazard.
We paused the project, replaced both lintels with larger steel beams, and reinforced the structure before moving forward. Once secure, we focused on the look.
Working with our expert masonry partner, the Brick Experts team, we matched new cast stone to the old work perfectly. You can’t tell where one ends and the other begins.
Now the entryway, columns, and other front-facing features stand tall and solid, wrapped in cream-colored cast stone that glows in the Texas sun. The home looks more elegant, more complete, and most of all, safe for the family inside.
We covered the entire entryway with cast stone panels that match the older cast stone stairs, including the sides and top. Each piece was lifted into place with precision tools and anchored tight.
It’s one of the smartest ways to add curb appeal without redoing an entire facade. From the street, the front door area now pops beautifully. It feels inviting and upscale and, with the way the house is positioned, it shines impressively at the end of a long street.
We carried the same cast stone look across the front columns. That ties everything together and gives the house a balanced face.
Each column was wrapped in matching cream stone. From the street, they catch the light beautifully. They echo the entryway but don’t overpower it; with just enough detail to make a strong first impression.
We also added window surrounds in the same finish. The whole front feels unified now, with soft contrast between cast stone and brick. It’s the kind of detail that makes guests stop at the curb for a second look.
When the sun sets, the glow on those columns adds warmth to the home’s entry. It’s subtle, but it changes everything.
Cast stone is heavy. To support it safely, the structure behind it has to be strong enough to carry the load. That’s where steel lintels come in.
A lintel is basically a beam that holds the stone above openings like doors or windows. In this project, the previous lintels were too small for the job. Over time, that caused the stone above to sag; a real safety issue.
We replaced the undersized lintels with new steel beams rated for the full load. Our masonry team fitted them cleanly behind the new cladding so the fix is invisible. What you see is beautiful stonework; what you don’t see is the solid support behind it.
Now, this entryway isn’t just stunning and it’s built right. The family can enjoy the view knowing the structure will hold for decades.
